Dear Guest,
A new year means new goals, new opportunity, and a new perspective, and we're grateful you've chosen to make Millennials in Travel a go-to resource as we move into 2024.
We saw plenty of "ins" and "outs" that people were adopting when heading into the new year. Same goes for travel with industry ins including train trips, travel around major events (yes, The Eras Tour will continue abroad this year), and lighter itineraries in favor of thoughtfully winging it. As for outs, we're seeing visitation to "touristy" destinations and only traveling during the peak season.
We have an excellent lineup of networking events and FAM opportunities we can't wait to share, and we're spotlighting some of our exclusive benefits and other perks you have access to as a Millennials in Travel member. Read on for more!

By The Numbers: MIT's Silent Auction for Maui
Our Phoenix/Scottsdale and Los Angeles chapters hosted events at the end of 2023 to raise funds for the People's Fund of Maui, supporting the rebuilding of the area after devastating fires. We also hosted an online silent auction with donated prizes from our incredible supplier partners and other non-travel industry donors (thank you for your generous support!) We are thrilled to share that collectively we raised $9,450 for Peoples Fund of Maui! We thank all who attended these events, offered prizes to be auctioned, and those who bid! We encourage continued support and invite you to donate directly using the button below.

Currently, Kathy Goodarzi is the Senior Travel Industry Sales Manager with The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. She joined The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel from The Peninsula Beverly Hills, where she served as Senior Travel Industry Sales Manager for over a year. Prior to her time in Beverly Hills, she served as a Leisure Sales Manager at The Resort at Pelican Hill for two years. Goodarzi is a graduate of Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management where she earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. | | | |

Millennials in Travel are travel industry professionals generally born after 1975. We are tour operators, tourism boards, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, marketing representation companies, consortia, transportation providers, travel journalists, and travel agencies. We are passionate and committed to the industry. We act professional in both social and work environments. We have a strong belief in the potential of the industry. We drive tourism on a global level. We are the future of the travel industry!
