Member Spotlight: Alison Anesta Officer of Membership, Miami | |
Alison is a strengths-based business advisor whose passion for travel started in childhood and blossomed into her career. Since graduating from the FSU Dedman School of Hospitality in 2008, she has partnered with hotel brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Starwood, Marriott, and Dorchester Collection. After earning her master’s degree in Business Psychology in 2020, Alison created her personal brand 'Your Strengths Advisor' and teamed up with her long-time mentor to launch business growth consultancy, @thrivepartnersllc. As a South Florida native and former member of the LAX MIT chapter, Alison is thrilled to now be a leader of her home state chapter.

Millennials in Travel are travel industry professionals generally born after 1975. We are tour operators, tourism boards, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, marketing representation companies, consortia, transportation providers, travel journalists, and travel agencies. We are passionate and committed to the industry. We act professional in both social and work environments. We have a strong belief in the potential of the industry. We drive tourism on a global level. We are the future of the travel industry!
